This is me, doing banded ring dips and pushups. Yes, I can do 25+ of each without if I really needed to. But, I leave those high end efforts for when I really need them. The majority of the time is spent working on the 60-80% effort range and keeping form in check … I’m 38 and have never felt as healthy as I do now.
