For those of you that don’t know, Girls Gone RX is not just a competition, it is a fundraiser to raise awareness and donations for the Cancer Society of Canada. The event was founded in 2012 and takes place throughout the year at a number of boxes. This event hits close to home for me, after having watched my husband’s grandfather lose his fight with cancer in April of this year. I know that many of you have also been affected by this horrible disease. In order to help raise funds for the cause, we will be raffling off a gift basket full of goodies! The basket includes over $325 dollars worth of treats.
