Great to see members venturing over to the skiergs for warmups and wods. It’s a fantastic piece of equipment which gives great results. If you haven’t tried them yet hop on one and ask your coach for some tips so you are starting safely. Concept2 has some very useful information on how to ski safely and efficiently on them. The skiergs are new to all of us so don’t worry so much about your performance numbers…. those will come with experience. Focus on being safe and efficient….. and having some fun by trying something you’ve maybe never tried before. Have a look below for some basic tips which will get you started.
